Together, Sunpreet and Kaushal began building a place where people could feel comfortable sharing their concerns, understand their care and work toward goals that are meaningful to them. For Sunpreet Kaur, caring for people has always meant more than addressing a physical concern. She believes that every person brings their own story—their experiences, responsibilities, routines and the things they hope to continue doing. She wanted to create a place where people could feel heard, where concerns could be understood and where care could be thoughtful, personal and centred around the individual.

Kaushal Nagru shared that vision. Seeing how deeply Sunpreet cared about the people she worked with, he wanted to support her passion and help create a space where that care could reach more people. Together, they began building a clinic where clinical care and human connection could come together.
