Listening first
Understanding each person’s concerns, experiences and goals.
We’re here to help you write the next chapter.
And recovery is more than a treatment.
There is a moment many people experience after an injury when life suddenly feels different. A runner stops running. A parent finds it difficult to pick up their child. A desk worker wakes up every morning with the same back or neck pain. An athlete becomes afraid to make the movement that once came naturally. Often, the hardest part isn’t the pain itself. It’s the feeling of being held back from the life you want to live. That is where Syncore begins. We created Syncore Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation with a simple belief: physiotherapy should be personal, practical and focused on the person. We don’t want to simply ask, “Where does it hurt?” We want to understand how your concerns affect your life and what you want to get back to doing. Whether that means walking comfortably, returning to the gym, getting back on the field, working at your desk or feeling more like yourself—your goals become part of your care plan. At Syncore, we bring together clinical knowledge, hands-on care when appropriate, movement, rehabilitation and education to help you understand your body and become an active part of your care. Because treatment shouldn’t end when you leave the clinic. We aim to help you build confidence in your movement and work toward the things that matter to you. Your recovery is personal. So your physiotherapy should be too.
Synchronicity + Core. The name Syncore reflects the idea of bringing movement, strength, education, care and goals together—with the individual at the centre. For us, rehabilitation is about understanding how you move through life and supporting what matters to you.
To be a place where people feel heard, cared for, and hopeful about what comes next. We envision a community where people feel supported in moving through life with greater confidence, staying connected to the people and activities they value, and continuing to write their own stories of progress. Because every person has a story. And every story deserves the opportunity to move forward.
