What happens at the first appointment?
Your physiotherapist will listen to your concerns, discuss your goals and assess your needs. They will explain proposed care and answer your questions so you can take part in decisions.
How do I book an appointment?
Use the Book an appointment form on Home or Contact, or email Syncore.physio@gmail.com. Our team will contact you to discuss availability. Your appointment is confirmed only after the clinic contacts you.
What should I bring?
Ask the clinic what to bring when arranging your visit. It can help to have a list of questions and relevant documents you would like to discuss. Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in.
Can I ask about pelvic health physiotherapy?
Yes. Contact Syncore about appointment availability. Assessment options are explained beforehand. Any internal examination requires informed consent, and you can decline or ask to stop.
Does everyone receive acupuncture or dry needling?
No. Treatment options depend on assessment, your preferences and informed consent. Your physiotherapist will explain whether a technique may be appropriate and discuss alternatives.
What are fees and payment options?
Direct insurance billing is available. Coverage and eligibility depend on your plan. Contact the clinic to confirm your insurer, benefits, current fees and any balance payable before your visit.
Where is Syncore located?
Syncore is located at 58 St Paul St W, St. Catharines, ON L2S 2C5, welcoming patients from across Niagara Region. Parking is available and the building is accessible. Contact us if you would like help planning your visit.
What are clinic hours?
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Contact the clinic to confirm availability and holiday hours.
